House budget has more debt than Senate soughtPosted by Joseph Coletti at 09:41 AM That $451 million non-voter-approved debt the Senate debated as a separate bill earlier this week has grown to $500 million in the House budget proposal.
If politicians want us to believe they really are cutting into the muscle and bone of state government, they should stop trying to go around the backs of voters to borrow money they can't afford.
